CONDO UNIT C

   Back Bay Condo C is located on the end of the building and has a nice balcony and lake view. It has a nautical feel to it which compliments its location on the waterfront.
  There is a nice entertainment center with a  stereo and a separate large television near the fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a pair of bar stools  to enjoy a conversation while meals are being prepared.
   The bedroom has a Queen Bed, a television and plenty of closet space. The condo gets nice light and you can enjoy an early morning cup of coffee and a spectacular sunrise from the picturesque balcony overlooking neighboring Kelleys Island to the east. You'll also have an unobstructed view of Perry's Victory and International Peace Memorial to the northeast. Perry's Victory is a 352-foot Doric column opened in 1915 to commemorate the Battle of Lake Erie. There is a $3 charge to go up to the observation platform of the column, but the Visitor Center, opened in May of 2001 is free.
   The condo rents for $450 on weekends (Friday, Saturday) and for $700 over holiday weekends. Midweek (Sunday through Thursday) rates are $140 per night. This nightly rate does not include holidays when they fall on a Sunday and/or Monday.
